How do I place a tax-exempt order? Contact us for tax-exempt orders or to set up a tax-exempt account. Tax-exempt documentation is required for tax-exempt purchases.

Are your "WHOLESALE" products available for anyone to purchase? Yes, anyone can order our items labeled as "Wholesale" including individuals, small businesses, retailers, corporations, non-profit organizations, teachers, and churches. Contact us if you have questions.

Do you offer gift wrapping services? Yes. At checkout, click the "Add GIFT WRAPPING service - View Options" link shown under each applicable item in your cart. Select your gift wrapping option from the menu. Preview option by clicking on “Preview your Gift Wrapping selection” link. Enter optional FREE gift message. The service fee will be added to your cart. Item prices will be hidden on packing list.

Due to gift box size limitations, some products may not qualify for gift wrapping or will require alternative gift wrapping options. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipment for approval. Only one shipping address per order for gift wrapping service fee. For multiple gift addresses/recipients, place a separate order for each shipping address/recipient.

How soon will my order ship? Made-to-order products ship in about 3 to 5 business days. Some items such as special order products will take longer. You will be contacted should additional time be required. All other products ship in about 1 to 5 business days depending on availability.

What is your order change or cancellation policy? Made-to-order products cannot be changed or cancelled as they immediately go into production. For all other products, if an order can be changed or stopped before it is processed, there will be no change or cancellation fee. If the order has been processed, the return policy will take effect.
